The Jiggling Pig, LLC offers BBQ products, rubs, sauces, and related items through our online store, as well as catering and roadside BBQ services. All products and services are subject to availability.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

• We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order through our Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

• Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Service.

Shipping and Delivery

The Jiggling Pig, LLC ships to addresses within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our return criteria.

Catering Services

Our BBQ drop-off catering services are subject to the following terms:

• Catering orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.

• A deposit may be required to confirm your catering order.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery to receive a full refund of any deposit.

• Menu items and pricing are subject to change based on availability and market conditions.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Jiggling Pig, LLC and its licensors.
