Country Dirt Rub

This is the magic mixture that is the secret to our amazing ribs and chicken: our delicious Country Dirt Rub balances a bit of sweet (brown sugar) with a little bit of heat (chili and chipotle powder). Sprinkle it on, rub it in, then smoke or bake low and slow. Perfect on pork, of course, but you'll want to try it on fish, chicken and veggies, too! Just think, "A little dirt won't hurt".
